Storage

• Ideal temperature: Store in a cool, dry place at a constant temperature between 15–20 °C.
• No refrigeration needed: Refrigerate only if necessary, as condensation may cause sugar bloom (white streaks or spots on the chocolate).
• Humidity: Keep relative humidity below 50 % to preserve texture and flavour.
• Light protection: Store in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and artificial light to avoid quality loss.

• Dates, chocolate (cocoa mass, date powder, cocoa butter), roasted nuts and seeds (peanuts, cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds), desiccated coconut, chia seeds, flaxseeds, Mrs Flury protein powder (from sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and almonds), turmeric, sea salt. Allergens are highlighted in bold.
