This edition is inspired by the four phases of the menstrual cycle and their reflection in the inner seasons — winter, spring, summer and autumn.

Each flavour is crafted to accompany a specific phase, offering gentle, functional nourishment that meets your body where it is — from deep rest to rising energy, vibrant expression and grounded balance.

The box contains 8 handcrafted big pralines — 2 of each flavour (215 g), made with no added sugar and only thoughtfully selected, functional ingredients.

A collaboration rooted in function and care

This edition is co-created with Mrs Flury, using her Functional Seed Protein Powders from flax, sunflower, pumpkin and hemp — chosen for their nutrient density, plant-based protein and natural balance of fats and minerals.

For the first time, we’re also partnering with GAYA, integrating their Functional Mushroom Cacao Blend into one of the flavours — bringing grounding, depth and adaptogenic support into the menstrual phase.

Storage

• Ideal temperature: Store in a cool, dry place at a constant temperature between 15–20 °C.
• No refrigeration needed: Refrigerate only if necessary, as condensation may cause sugar bloom (white streaks or spots on the chocolate).
• Humidity: Keep relative humidity below 50 % to preserve texture and flavour.
• Light protection: Store in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and artificial light to avoid quality loss.
