Nourish your cycle, naturally.

Balanced nutrition inspired by ancient wisdom, crafted for modern needs.

Explore Our Ingredients

Moonchy Bars make it easy to support your body with the nutrients it craves - all in a delicious, convenient way.

Ever notice your cravings change throughout your cycle?

It’s your body’s way of signaling its needs. Like the moon’s 28-day rhythm, your cycle has two key phases: the follicular phase, where your body craves energy and rebuilding, and the luteal phase, when it seeks soothing and balance.

Keeping up can feel overwhelming - but Moonchy Bars make it easy. Crafted to align with your body’s natural rhythm, they provide the nutrients you need to feel supported and nourished through every phase of your cycle.

How It Works

Make Moonchy bars part of your health-conscious lifestyle.

STEP 1: Determine the phase of your cycle.
Phase 1: 1st day of your period - ovulation (day 14), phase 2: day 15 - last day of your cycle (day 28). Are you unsure how to determine the phases of your cycle? Is your cycle irregular / you lost your period? Are you peri-menopausal / menopausal, pregnant / postpartum or on a pill? Check out our FAQ page.
STEP 2: Select flavor that aligns with your current phase.
Berry Quinoa or Hazelnut Crunch in phase 1. Orange Goji or White Nougat in phase 2. Enjoy a bar each day of your cycle. We recommend eating one per day, however, feel free to adjust depending on your needs.
STEP 3: Create a new healthy daily routine.
Natural solutions aren’t a quick fix - your body needs time to find its natural balance. At Moonchy, our mission is to help you feel more in tune with your body. Our bars are designed not just to support you but to inspire you to nourish yourself consciously and live in harmony with your natural rhythm.
