With this order, you will receive 32 Moonchy Bars (32 x 40g), one for every day of the cycle:

14 for Phase 1 (first half of the cycle: days 1 - 14)

14 for Phase 2 (second half of the cycle: days 15 - 28)

4 additional ones in case your cycle is longer and for extra cravings ;)

You can choose between two flavours for each phase:

Phase 1: Berry Quinoa & Hazelnut Crunch;

Phase 2: White Nougat & Orange Goji.

PLASTIC FREE PACKAGING

The packaging of the bars as well as all the materials we use for shipping are completely plastic-free.

Our packaging consists of 2 layers: FSC certified cardboard box and NatureFlex™ home-compostable foil.

You can bury the foil in the ground and it will naturally decompose in the soil.

White coating on a bar is a natural fat bloom and does not affect the the quality.

Keep your bars fresh and flavorful with proper storage:

  • Ideal Temperature: Store between 15°C and 20°C consistently.
  • Avoid Refrigeration: Only refrigerate when necessary, as condensation can cause sugar bloom (white streaks or spots).
  • Humidity Control: Maintain a relative humidity below 50% to protect texture and flavor.
  • Light Protection: Keep chocolate in a cool, dark place, away from sunlight and artificial light to prevent quality degradation.

    Phase 1: 1st day of your period - ovulation (day 14), phase 2: day 15 - last day of your cycle (day 28). Are you unsure how to determine the phases of your cycle?   • SCHRITT 2: Wähle die Sorte, die zu deiner aktuellen Phase passt.

I cannot praise Alex and her team at Moonchy enough! Moonchy bars are just not an outrageously delicious treat, they are an experience! From the incredibly thoughtful experience when you unpack your bars, to the sustainability of the actual packaging of the products, to the attentiveness and kindness of Alex, to the personal touches and handwritten notes, and so much more! And that’s just the experience of opening your package. Then there’s the ease of consuming a product that is packed with benefits - the convenience of all aspects of my cycle have been considered in creating this mouth watering treat, one that I find myself craving before I go to bed already! And although I’m lucky to have seen changes in my cycle, I’d continue eating these every day regardless because they are full of wonderful nutrients for my body! I love Moonchy and can’t recommend them enough!
